Refund policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not send items back without prior approval.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or specially manufactured parts

  • Installed, modified, or altered items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable components

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items damaged during shipping (if not caused by misuse)

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items used, installed, or altered, unless a manufacturing defect

Manufacturing Defects & Exchanges:

  • If a part is defective due to manufacturing, we will replace it at no cost.

  • Email abcmoparts@frontier.com before returning defective items.

  • Authorized returns will include instructions and shipping labels.

Refunds:

  • Once inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns:

  • Mail authorized returns to: {physical address}

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless it’s a verified manufacturing defect.

  • For expensive items, consider trackable shipping or insurance.
